The game feel here is so good !
The way the camera moves, the sounds, the barks !
All with a fitting art style, greatly used !
It is a shame it lacks polish !

It's when the characters in a game tell something more or less randomly, without directly talking to the player.
I found this nice definition: short lines of dialog yelled in the background
For example, a soldier who say "take cover!" or "how many are there?!" or "Go go go!"
In your game, you use barks everytime the police say something like "Bigger weapons!" or similar ;)
