Oh sorry !
It's when the characters in a game tell something more or less randomly, without directly talking to the player.
I found this nice definition: short lines of dialog yelled in the background
For example, a soldier who say "take cover!" or "how many are there?!" or "Go go go!"
In your game, you use barks everytime the police say something like "Bigger weapons!" or similar ;)

I look forward to it then !

The camera placement makes a really beautiful game but a quite difficult to navigate one.
For some reason, movement is absolutly not linear depending on the direction (toward the player makes me go super fast), and turning is super punishing since it nearly kills all my speed.

Beautiful visuals however !

Well, combining gambling and rabbit sliding is a bold concept but I'll allow it.

The way the rabbit move is a little disturbing and the game is a little simple.
For me, the fun comes from multitasking with the slot machine.

For the game, it would have been nice to be able to attack midair.
Also, it is quite common to lose all your speed on the tiniest obstacle, which sadly break the fun.

It works well !

The cursor is lying and you always shoot a little to the right or a little to the left.
But despite that, the game is really interesting, and the different endings are super great !

The aquarelle is super nice, as is the art direction.
Sadly, the physic is a little too junky.
Being unable to stop Waddle while slidding midair is quite frustrating.

There is a clear and nice ambiance to this game, and I loved your work on the newspapers.
The tone and writing in them were really cool.
The pacing is a little slow. I have quit the game because I was not sure of what to expect for the rest of it, and I grew frustrated of not being able to stop some parts of my factory.
Maybe making  it turn-based, or allowing the player pause/speed-up time, could have made the game better.

Overall, a really nice setting for a well delivered gloom ambiance.

The concept is nice but the final game left me asking for more.
There are bugs, exploits, no end, the physic is a little junky even if you can grap it after some time.
However, the music is nice and the character is cute.

Loved how it slides on the plateforms. I wish you made it more central to the gameplay.

It is impressive to do a fully narrative game for a game jam so congratulations !
However, the english is not perfect and the story is really blunt.
It would have been great to add more subtility, but it is quite difficult on such a short time.

The twist is interesting and well made (the cat, the music, the followers) !

I love the concept and the gruesomeness of dying in this game.
However, once you figure the timing, it gets really repetitive.

Loved the concept and the sounds!
Sadly the game feels a little junky sometimes, with pancakes getting everywhere, your character moving them with the force and several clients being served at once.
However, I enjoyed it, so thank you!

In my opinion, a perfect submission!

The fact that your companion moves slower and gets scared is really cool and adds an unexpected depth to the game. I died 5-6 times before developping a strategy that worked for at least 5 minutes. And it was fun!

An ending would be absolute perfection! Congratulations!

This game is awesome!

The hotline miami style is well rendered and the action is intense.

However, it really needs balancing ^^
The fact that your capacities cost you life in a game where you constantly take damage is really harsh.
Healing yourself on ennemies is cool but could be stronger.

Last but not least, I find the combat a little junky. It seems that you need to be close to an ennemy to trigger your punch which often results in you turning around an opponent without doing anything.

If you tweak it a little, I am sure that awesome submission will be an even greater game!

"You are Cathy, the best and favorite plushie of Billy. This honorful role implies also to take care of Billy's sleep! Recently, it has become more and more difficult: Billy is having nightmares! Tonight, you will protect him to preserve his comfort, with the help of your toy colleagues. Lead the toys to fight the nightmares. You will need to explore the room looking for good memories to recruit more toys. Destroy the nightmare nests and protect Billy until the end of the night. Good luck!

Move with the keyboard (WASD).
Select the toys by making a box with the mouse.
Left-click to select/deselect them.
Right-click to move them.

Press E to call them all (or stop them from coming)!

Grab Billy's good memories (the pink orbs) to earn ressources!

Go near the chest and press I with at least one memory to summon a toy!

You cannot kill the nightmares but you can stun them using F!

Find and destroy the nests and survive for long enough to win the game.
