Hi! Well, it would depend on how you tackle the subject, but for the works mentioned, but for the works you mention:

Alice in Wonderland, Pan's Labyrinth and Pinocchio are fairy tale-enough for this jam, so don't worry;
Frankenstein isn't (but that doesn't exclude any Frankenstein-inspired story: for example, something like Edward Scissorhands feels both "frankenstein-ish" and fairy tale to me).
