I can't seem to launch the game properly, it only shows a gray screen and proceeds to freeze there, am I missing some dependency?

mmmmm i don't know what is happening to you. Do you have any message of an error or sth like that? Or just the gray screen?
I have a friend who can't run the game bc he has not vulkan drivers.
If not I'm rly sorry u can't play. If you have an idea that the origin of the issue, pls let me know and we willtry to fix it in the future.
Maybe you have an antivirus blocking some element, I've searched on the internet and that's happening a lot with games made in godot. It sounds weird, if a random person say this but... can you maybe try disabling antivirus, or windows defender or sth like that? hahaha
If is the reason at least we will have it located.
