Wolf enemies are more reliable as others don't appear to affect the stat last time I tested, but all you need to do is engage in consecutive sexual acts, around 20-30 to fully unlock anything related to beast_lover. Be aware, however, that violent acts against beasts will lower the stat and re-lock the options.
