Not really. It depends on your beast_lover status which is hidden. Your relation doesn't matter at all. To get beast_lover points you need to do lust scenes with beasts. You may need to do this 20 or more times until the functions related to beast_lover available. Keep in mind that violently winning against beasts decreases the beast_lover score and will lock all options again if you do that too much.
Doing all possible activities with Feliar should give him enough betrayal points to survive the event (same goes for Vicoria). Various things like spiking his coffee with love potion and covering all conversation topics give betrayal points. Likes themselves do not help much, only certain thresholds actually matter (even then, you don't need his likes maxed out to get enough betrayal points to save him).
That's not what the quest "lock" does, it simply makes the quest text fixated so you don't accidentally display the information of another quest by hovering your cursor over it (only noticeable on desktop).
If you have version 0.64 then you could try the Discord group, it has channels for frequent mistakes and common misconceptions and people there are quick to answer your questions.
Anyway, which ruin acolyte did you help? The one that counts towards quest completion is being held captive by the warriors. You can confront them late in the afternoon I believe.
Wolf fang you get from the wolf boss in the morning, top right skull in the first part of the dungeon (outside). Werewolf boss is at night at a ! near the bottom right area. As for werelogan, you can try silver weapons, lust potions, wearing armor, bringing your dog or raptor with you (trained for combat, "help") and save scumming (save when the fight begins, do a turn, reload if you get hurt, save again if he misses you until you win).
What do you mean by "gender locked"? The option to play as FMC has been there for about 5 years now. If you mean the game doesn't take in consideration the character's gender otherwise, yeah, MMC and FMC are exactly the same the only difference being the pronouns and genitals in the text (and the mannequin in equipment view). Plus the occasional pronoun slip up and whatnot as it seems nobody bug tests as FMC.
Dunno if this will help, but this is my personal saves collection. The most recent save is right before going to the camp confront Mirage (good path for her demon children).
Here you go. Since you are on Android, you may need a file explorer app capable to opening system folders (this varies by device, though) so that you can copy/paste save files from/to there.
beast_lover is a hidden stat, you aren't supposed to see it without save/game editors. The best way to know if beast_lover is high enough is to check whether the pet tricks are fully unlocked. Attacking beast enemies will lower beast_lover, while lewding them in battle will increase it. Pet affection doesn't go any higher than 50.
Remove your pants and enter Bareshade over and over until you have enough lewd fame. Or do lewd things with the drunkard.
No, it's a separate hidden stat unrelated to reputation. Wolf enemies are more reliable as others don't appear to affect the stat last time I tested, but all you need to do is engage in consecutive sexual acts, around 20-30 to fully unlock anything related to beast_lover. Be aware, however, that violent acts against beasts will lower the stat and re-lock the options.
As the ingame manual details, in case you missed, the game makes use of tokens which the player may show to a character to initiate certain actions. The player character should already have the necessary tokens in the inventory. Additionally characters have an invisible hunger meter that must be filled enough before vore scenes become available. And finally this is just a code experiment I made right before and during the pandemic as an engine test, don't expect much beyond the interactions available with Erik the Writer and Hector the Candid.
