I went back to take a look at the laser sight tutorial. I remember going through it, but clearly I missed the important stuff.
There's a simple reason for that: "Wall-of-Text Syndrome". Basically, TL;DR so I had to figure it out implicitly.
Implicit Learning is a principle that I've been touting all jam long, and in the spirit of that, I'm gonna tell you that it was NOT a bad thing that I had to figure it out another way.
