Are you using secondary account ? If yes, QGO don't work with secondary account.

Could you uninstall QGO, reboot the Quest then install again ?
I am not using a secondary account. I have clean uninstalled, and installed again with the new version. I will try uninstall again and reboot and install.
You could try the clean uninstall command you can find in the FAQ
