Brute's ground stomp and leap slam will be able to hit Onyx while knocked down in the next release ^-^. Do you mean new combo attacks for Onyx? They are planned!
only Brute can stomp Onyx while she knocked down?that sad(What about Semi?she's fighting style allow stomping or maybe grab Onyx knocked?Maybe Semi have(or will have) some submission holds?

Will see how far we get ^-^. The plan for the initial set of scenes is to keep things faction specific, unless it is a background scene, in which case you might end up with Splicers and police for instance.
