Why aren’t there enough stages for Loona(i mean 3 hp)?

Will she still be more fat? I would see how she would move being so fat.
She already have 3 hp, 3 hits and game over.
And about if she would get fatter... eh... i think it's enough with those stages to give some challenge to the game.
