My overall thoughts are this is a really cool idea!

Gameplay: I’m quite familiar with navigating the RPG Maker Engine as a player, playing/testing my own projects. I love the Card Battling combat choice! I’d need more experience seeing / playing with that system to give more in-depth thoughts.

The equipment customization looks extensive. I’m personally a fan of more minimalist designs myself, but with a deck builder, I’m guessing you need all those buffs/debuffs.

I see other people have noticed the bugs too, and I see you’ve uploaded a patch. Looking forward to seeing your continued work in this project!

There’s several great puzzle ideas in here, but I’m not entirely sure where they fit in the context of the game.

Story: I have to admit, I was a little lost at times. The Magical Girl genre is one I have little to no experience in, and combining it with a deck builder is something I struggle to wrap my head around. Though, I’m intrigued to see the story wrap up in the completed product.

Presentation: Art looks stellar! Huge props to your artist.

Character sprites are beautiful, enemy sprites are new and unique. Card designs are nice and simple too.

Creativity: I really like what you’re attempting to do, mixing Magical Girl, with Deck Builder, with RPG. It’s ambitious, and I hope it pays off, but it’s a combination that’s definitely never been done before to a very successful effect.

I’d cycle back to the Puzzles in here too. I love the way you push RPG Maker into new directions.

Horror: I… didn’t really get a horror vibe from this game. I don’t really know what the purpose of the Horror category here is. I wouldn’t really expect the Horror Genre in a deck builder and don’t Magical Girl genre stuff tend to be more cutesie than scary? I would expect a game like this to lean on the power fantasy, rather than horror.

Theme: I’d like Itch to have a short description of what they mean by each category. I think all three elements are noticeably present in your game. If it was me, I’d maybe focus on two fo the three, (Magical Girl, Deck Builder, RPG). For example, I’d love to see the best Magical Girl + RPG combo, or RPG Deck Builder. It’s pretty tough to take the RPG out of RPG Maker but it can be done.
