There seems to be a bug where after talking to either Varok or Sparky at the southern gate, leaving their menu teleports you elsewhere, mostly the town center or the barracks, I believe?
Coder put out some bug fixes. Hopefully fixed it, know Varok has one where you pop up in the middle of town and another where you pop up at the barracks
