I love the unique environment you chose, with ruler-boy and enemy protractors, very creative. I think the difficulty of the levels was about right. I liked the art and color composition as well.
One thing did bug me about your game though, hope you don't mind if I lay it out here quickly. Relatively often, you have to drop down onto a lower platform. Maybe there's spikes or an enemy there, but the camera doesn't pan down to let you see, not even if you hold the down key. Considering the enemies can move right to edges of the target platforms, this means you can get instakilled by blind dropping into an area you couldn't possibly know was clear or not. I think it's gotta be a design no-go. In the best case, the camera could automatically interpolate between the player and "drop-down zones" so they can always see where they are going, or else the player could be given an amount of camera control.
