Hey! Thanks playing and thanks for the kind words! We actually plan on changing the camera for that very reason (didn't see it as a big problem until we got a bunch of other people to play it). What issue could you find with the spike hitboxes? They're mapped almost on a pixel-by-pixel basis, so they should be accurate.

I was hitting them even though visually it looked like I had barely cleared them, but maybe it's just cope

I guess rather than the spikes it might be an issue with the player sprite being somewhat misleading/unforgiving with how far back the hitbox extends


Thanks for the video! It does appear that the dash animation is misleading in the sense that you're further back than it looks. Will definitely tweak it a little.
