You can easily read at Demo Page that:

Limited gameplay scale.

all CG deleted

game core stay in 0700.

Demo is at version 7.7 current version is... i think 8.5 didnt rly checked and still playing on 8.3 xD But yes, a lot of stuff is gone from Demo Version... after all Demo is Demo... so answering Your questions:

- Yes, game do have more quests compared to demo

- Yes, game do have a lot more dialogues than in Demo

- Yes, You have few more places to go.

- As description says "all CG Deleted"

- Yes. since version 7.7 more Adult scenes got added and few locations got visual updates ( or im just retarded but i believe that there was no fireplace at Mama Tavern xD )

the fireplace was indeed added recently you can test this by playing the game in different versions of the game and it lets you see that there indeed is infact certainly no fireplace there before before that it was a wall and now it has a fireplace fireplaces are expensive so boss mamas business is clearly doing well very well infact to the point bossmama can have a fireplace so now we can enjoy the useless glory of the fireplace clearly not powered by anything as natural gas has not been made into an industry yet so its clearly powered by pure badassery by momma de boss and she clearly found it to be a good investment as it makes the patrons no different than usual much better very many yes
