We're just now digging into Crime-fighting Luchadores, and we have a couple of questions.

1. Do hero points that a Luchador earns by rolling critical hits replenish between episodes? If so, that seems as though the hero points might become quickly overpowering.

2.  Does a Special Move use the Luchador's Acrobatics bonus? Or does it use his Muscle's bonus? Does it also use an Asset bonus like a regular attack?

By the way, the Special Move example on the bottom of page 13 cuts off in mid-sentence.

Hi Star Knight! Thank you again for your support. Here are my answers to your questions:

1. No. Hero Points reset between episodes. Which means that any leftovers don't carry over. Precisely to avoid having overpowered characters.

2. I let my players choose which skill they want to use between Muscles and Acrobatics. You can add an Asset as long as it makes sense thematically. In fact, just as for a regular attack.

I am aware of this problem. The PDF was updated but you may not have the latest one. Contact me on: martin.ouellet76@gmail.com

and I will send you the updated PDF.

Thanks you for your support and have a great holiday!

Thanks, Headcheese!

We're greatly enjoying the game.

Since players can upgrade their luchadores by increasing their Hero Points, I suppose they should make a distinction between base Hero Points and temporary Hero Points on their character sheets.

Yeah, you have to modify your maximum and keep track of the current amount separately.

Thanks  for the clarification.
