Not sure about a comprehensive guide for every path so far, but devlogs and the comments here should contain a description to trigger most if not all scenarios.
Make sure to save occasionally, since as of now, there are certain decisions that can't be changed later on. (eg. stealing too many things from the construction worker can't be undone, unlike with the changes to the restaurant manager's attitude or the dad's/borther's affection)
