So I dont technically sell the game through Itch. That was a donation you made since all my stuff on Itch is free. You probably need to contact Itch support to get a refund.

you had it advertised that it works on the device so I gave the money to support you for your work. Unfortunately the game does not work on the advertised plat form. It's disappointing I was excited to play the game.

I have tried multiple ways to fix the issue it just doesn't work. As unfortunate as that is. I just want a refund now as it seems like the game is not going to work. Can you please tell me the process to get a refund from you on here. I understand that it is different from your normal methods.

Get JoiPlay and the Ren'Py Plugin, put the windows version onto your phone and run it through JoiPlay. I had problems with running the Android version myself, the JoiPlay work around did good for me, maybe it will work for you.

As for a refund, i'm not trying to influence your decision, but I wouldent refund. This game is awesome and deserves the support. But in the end, your choice.

joiplay us not available in the app get a refundif I can't use the Android version on my phone unfortunately I think I will continue to ask for the refund as I got it in hopes of using it on the Android version that is available. I am shattered as well as I was looking forward to it but I think my mind is made up.

Dude, you didn't pay for the game you made a donation. Those are very different. It seems like you're blaming the game creator when they did nothing wrong
