sorry for such a late response, i have re installed the game (and lost my save files but its alright as i wasnt very far) but it seems as long as i keep the tab for the actual folder open the game runs fine
Oh wow, I'm really glad you managed to find a fix, and that's the strangest thing I've ever heard. I have no idea what could cause something like that.
