It is .apk file therefore doesn't need unpacking. Do you have android 13/14? It's possible that the build is incorrectly setup. Which is a bit of a messup on unitys / my part since it sometimes has trouble with choosing the correct addroid sdk version (one that supports the latest latest instead it chooses version below max). I may be able to fix it more next version. If you don't have newst newest android it will not be the case in here.
