Never happening, takes way too much time to make new races especially ones with new assets like months although you can find some fan art on the discord about that.

not really no it would require an ungodly amount of work maybe commission the dev for a cat ear hood? thats probably the best you're going to get just know a commission like that isn't cheap

Someone attempted to make Neko ears mod, other then that Then you are wishing for too much, the concept of New species and races is pretty rigged.
How can we get a Neko lona? her having sex with a cat? Keep in mind that the game already stated that humans cant breed with animals.
