it's a false positive, if you read description of this specific trojan it says antivirus might detect this one even when there's no threat, it just means an exe file comes from an unknown developer and is not widely known or downloaded
ya the truth is unless the dev reaches out to the owners of a anti virus it might take some time for the devs of the av to fix this false positive dont worry im pretty sure if this shit was filled with viruses the devs of itch would hard strike down the game
on top of this you would see many more virus dont trust comments in the chat
ive played this game and it was fine
also some games can ping because they use scripts or other content that av pick up on
not harmful at all just simple scripts that are commonly used by hackers and other such
