I FOUND A WAY TO BEAT THIS ROOM WITHOUT THE BERRY!
if you dash into the bottom right corner of a spiked block from the underneath, and spam jump, it gives you the wall jump off of the spike, and if you conserve one dash, you can barely make it to the balloon.
