Not sure how that is possible. We will need more information on what hardware you are running.
I think i know what the problem is. I don't have a GPU i am using a AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics.
I don't have a dedicated GPU i have a integrated one
Integrated should be fine, just make sure you have your drivers up to date, and use the .bat files in the main directory to try the other render platforms.
