Nice and simple survival game. It fit the theme nicely.
Does something else happen the longer you stay alive? I didn't last too long, but it didn't seem like much was changing, so I didn't go for a super high score.
Nice game though.

Hey thanks for looking at our game and providing feedback.
In the current state of the game the only thing that happens is that more enemies spawn and therefore the difficulty continues to ramp up as time goes on. In a more developed version of the game we would have looked into a progress/level system and hope to learn more about this ahead of new jams.
