Hmm. I'm not entirely sure what might be causing the issue, but here are a few potential solutions. 

1) Double-check to make sure the Windows version was downloaded. There was one player who had a similar issue after downloading the Mac version by accident.

2) Extracting with WinRAR or 7zip. I personally use WinRAR.

3) See if your anti-virus program flagged the game as a false positive. This can sometimes interfere with the extraction or downloading process. 

4) Are you on Windows 10 or 11? It's possible the game may have compatibility issues with earlier versions of Windows. If you are on Linux, it might also depend on the version being used.

The game should run by double-clicking RebelDuet.exe in the game folder.
