It is simple but very functional, it can help a lot in projects. I would recommend adding an option to generate the jpg maps and export them.
Cool idea, I'll try to do something on that front.
Meanwhile, you can "print" your map to a PDF using the browser print command as a way of exporting it, but yeah, not very practical.
