The aesthetics and music are the biggest strengths of this game, It kind of reminded me of Chakan: The Forever Man (Odd comparison, I know) with that said, I think the movement speed and camera work against the player, also I don't know if it's a bug or not, but sometimes when the first boss breathes fire, he instantly continuously damages you as if there were no recovery frames, that's what mostly, unfortunately, killed it for me, otherwise this is a cool idea for a game, I'm a fan of gothic horror-themed games of this nature.
