I'm not an expert on this but from what I could find maybe your account is private? That or (if you're from Russia) whatever cloud service itch.io uses may be blocking anything coming from Russia, I think they use Google Cloud. As I said I don't really know, and if it's not either of them then I have no clue.

Thank you for your answer, no, the account is not private, before, literally half a year ago, I was added to a game jam with Brackeys, but then I mixed up the topic and was not allowed to participate, and now the topic was completed and there was a service error ((
