Gonna be real for the peeps that want this to be released already(?)...criticizing that there is no word or that it isn't out yet?

-So if you make your way to click on that link called Patreon you might, just might get a Smmmmaaaaalllllllll gander that on Jan, 23th  0.7 for the subscribers got a sneak peak.

-imo this game does have some pretty clean details and models. That ain't cheap or easy. (and that's not including the environment, clothing, and all the horrible coding (may Caribdis ever be having fun), etc that one has to do). Not to mention writing and animations.....

I guess what I'm trying to say is, "Let them cook"-  Lil B

I dont want to use Patreon. Dont even want to click on it. It gives them views, draws more attention to them gives them money.  Perhaps I am not the only one that feels that way.

I'm going to assume you mean Patreon and not Caribdis themselves. And that is not how it works, you have to spend money for them(Patreon) to make money. You can view like the first 2 -ish lines on the articles to at least know what the post is about without even paying a cent.
( Edit: Also note, Patreon is just one of the platform they use to make and fund the game(s) soooo)

Caribdis also post frequent updates to their discord server. On the  the last post made on 2/15/2024 0.7 is 89% done.  If I had to take a respectful guess I say within the next 3 months give or take it will be finish. That's depending on their schedule and any unknowns.

I would prefer to keep it here on Itch. I dont see what so wrong with that? Why cant Caribdis offer a little more information here on Itch?

My thought on it is that he's trying to draw people to Patreon or Subscribestar because they are more easily monetized.  Monthly subscriptions dont seem to be a thing on Itch.

I've said this before, I have donated money to Carbidis for Eternum in the past using Itch. So why cant I get some of the same extra info? I dont expect every benefit, early access for example.

Mainly I want to know when the next release is due and I understand that a % based progress bar is on the Patreon page. Why not on Itch?

I have seen other developers give consistent reports on a monthly basis on Itch, so I know it can be done.
