I'd love some help with this too, seems like a cool concept but I wasn't sure exactly what I was meant to do

Glad you like it! Let me see if I know where you are. By glowy thing do you mean the blue and purple portal that has particle effects coming through it? If so, those have hidden objects behind them. To access them you place the door in front, then open it with "E" and then can flip the lever with "E" again. Let me know if that was the issue or if it was something else?
