I'm also in the jam, and I know with more time everyone has a list of things they'd like to add or wanted to add. I try to provide the listed feedback in a constructive form to highlight different perspectives as a player and to show that I indeed did play the game.

  • Huge kudos to you for building a game that is playable for the visually impaired!!
  • The game is incredibly difficult, in my opinion, for a non-musician.
  • The feedback loop from what notes are played and what notes are available on the height and keeping order is a lot, at least for someone without any tone-hearing background.
  • Having controls through the keys like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc., to replay each note would allow me to hear each individual note and then find it on the height and then combine them.

Having keys for the input would have been a easy and very efficient idea indeed. Thank you for the interesting feedback. I considered adding colors coming from behind the symbol and the door, but again the time.

I've added a solutions list in case you want to see the end (which includes a final cut scene)
