Is there a way to use these in my commercialized VN. How do I go about using them?

(1 edit)

Hi! If you're talking about "Pack N°1", as this Creative-Commons Non-Commercial license is not exclusive, it's possible for me to make a license arrangement with you for a dozen of bucks.

If there is no bigotry, hate/discrimination, blockchain, visual Gen IA content, in/around your game, I'm OK to give you the rights to use my art in your commercial game. If you're still interested, please tell me in a simple email --it will be more official/formal: danquidam AT protonmail DOT com :)

(I'm also curious to learn more about your game!)

PS: You can also look at Pack N°2 which is under a more permissive license!

My game is going to be a trippy horror nsfw 18+ visual novel! There is some aquatic vibes and the images really spoke to me.

Thanks for this link! Horror is my kind of stuff too; even if not used to nsfw games. I've just replied to your e-mail, with the formal license agreement 🐙

I have trouble with reading long documents. May I also use No2 like this?

Short answer: yup!

Long answer: The art pack N°2 is under the Creative Comrades License Agreement ('CCLA' https://creativecomrades.org). Art pack N°1 was made a few years ago, this is why I publicly released it under another license. But the short license agreement I wrote to you by email is pretty much a condensed version of this CCLA license –which is applied to Pack N°2
