There's a lot of things I want to address about this game, but I'll try to summarize it for you well! Starting from some of the most prominent things that stood out to me:

The sound design is crazy good based on how it interacts with the gameplay and also adding to the overall mood of the game. I was really surprised when the game asked to use my mic, and I tried a good handful of words to see how accurate/how extensive the dictionary was. And it was really good at it to say the least.

The graphics also added to the overall feel of the game. I really enjoy pixel art games and the simplicity for this one was really appealing to my eyes. The enemy/fear entity that was the red slug guy was a really nice design choice because you could tell that it was out of place and actively coming for you. Even if it was slow, getting close to it triggered a sound byte that got louder and louder and as alarming as it was, I really liked those small touches that made me feel like I was in imminent danger!

Something that might be something to improve on is the aspect ratio or like, what's the word, space? Of how much you can walk in the house? It took a little bit of time to get from one room to the other and in reality, that would make the house pretty big, almost like a mansion. While initially I thought this was mostly a bad thing, I could also see how it could enhance the overall vibe of the game! Almost like a suspensefully slow walking speed within the confines of a place you would initially think to be a safe space. And because of this slow speed/big area to walk in, it makes you feel like you'll be caught sooner!

I really enjoyed playing your game and it fit nicely into the horror/suspense aspect!

Thank you so much for very descriptive review! I'm glad you liked the game :)

Thanks to @CLyph for amazing sounds for the game, all of them fits great and picked carefully to the mood and atmosphere of the game! Thanks for Satanic Goose for music, it's giving outstanding special mood and feel, which is well remembered!

Yeah, I made very low pixelart and pixealization, so it gave amazing mood (got it when I played with effects). And I've got idea - why not make you play with you mic? WOW. And made these Faith/mortis sound voice over.

Together with all sounds, music, art, mood and atmosphere, it creates an unforgettable fear of the unknown.

About space yeah, player moving slow, you have 15 seconds to say your words cuz I would like to give player this fear that something inevitable would happen. And, of course, stretch the gameplay, so the game will be played more than 5 minutes :p

Thanks again! I'm really appreaciate your review! It's amazingly descriptive!

Thanks for playing!
