I check it twice right now and they appear on map like they should. Do you get Irene's message at the start of the map that she can't help because it's protected by bell.
Yes, every time I enter the map, Irene greets me with the message about the bells.
Try talking to her and press assist until she tell you she will not interfere with your work.
