I agree with all that you said, and I'll extend your question : will we be hable to impregnate pokémons that we already impregnate after that they lay their eggs ?
It will happen automatically, i wont be writing scenes for it all though
Mostly the pokemon will be in different stages of pregnancy as they show up in later chapter, like if mewtwo showed up around chapter 5, she'd be heavily pregnant again
