Yup, contacting support is the way to go. Before a human processes the payout they will notice your ticket and follow up with you if necessary.

Support contact is via email, so I assume that the email address should highlight the account to them but it's not obvious that that is the case.
You must always contact us using the email address on your account otherwise support will not be able to make any changes or look up any information on your account.
