Thanks for the feedback! Hm, the powerups spawning are tied to the kink settings, so if a kink is disabled, the powerup for it is removed from the pool of powerups. So if all kinks are disabled, then no powerups. The powerups I believe have a 1 in 10 chance of spawning, so they are a bit rare even when enabled, so I think I should probably just make them spawn more often.
