I've got experience as a writer before a game maker, so the writing at the very least should be good.
And despite that, I am good at Twine specifically. Replacing text isn't rocket science, but it's still more advanced.
[[Enter Alleyway|Failed to enter alleyway]] is a lot easier to type than <<linkreplace "Enter Alleyway">>You tried to squeeze your gargantuan titties between the buildings to get back into the alleyway, but they were just too large, even to push through one by one. Not that you left anything behind.<</linkreplace>>
All locked behind in-paragraph if statements to make everything flow well. Easier than my last project. Fairly low-stress, all things considered.
