Thanks! If there's anything else I can provide to you (like a dxdiag or whatever), just lmk. I'm not sure how to use 32 bit sound drivers though -- I'll poke around here and see if I can find out how.

Update: tried to install the 32 bit drivers for my system but it wouldn't let me (I guess since Win 10 is a 64 bit OS), so I'm clueless otherwise. Sorry. :( That said, I'll continue to play the demo and just have the music off -- alas!

Hey again! So I *think* I might have a potential fix - if you pop open the Slasher U folder and open Game.cfg (which should open as a text file), change where it says "SEandBGM=3" to "SEandBGM=2". Fingers crossed!!

Well THAT worked! I thought I had tried all those permutations but it looks like either I didn't...or the moons aligned. The music is now playing fully, with no skipping. Amazing! Thank you!
