Honestly, aside from some bugs that are quickly being picked up and fixed, it's between 0.7a or 0.7 debug. 0.7 you'd have to have a normal Kerfur for fixing servers, because Omega doesn't, and can only collect reports. In the debug, the dev fixed that issue, but I would assume is for more testing than anything else. Generally, no matter what, 0.7 will have more content to experience.
