Hey! There are a total of 4 puzzles in that room. 2 of which you have found. Also the keycard being removed is not a bug. You are going to need to complete another 2 puzzles in order to open the door. The door will open automatically once all the puzzles have been completed. So *SPOILER ALERT* One is clicking on the torch in the wall, the other is the book, then you need to look at the tv screen for a few seconds, then you also need to light up all the candles in the room with the lighter.
