Hey! In order to finish this part, you also have to use the crouch feature to reach certain things which are not within reach when standing. For this exact part, you need to crouch, and interact with the book, that is in the fallen cabinet.

A while ago, I published a game called 'TheLostApartmentDemo'. It is a photo-realistic bodycam horror game with ultra realistic mechanics, graphics etc. Currently I am working on the full version of the game. Hey! There are a total of 4 puzzles in that room. 2 of which you have found. Also the keycard being removed is not a bug. You are going to need to complete another 2 puzzles in order to open the door. The door will open automatically once all the puzzles have been completed. So *SPOILER ALERT* One is clicking on the torch in the wall, the other is the book, then you need to look at the tv screen for a few seconds, then you also need to light up all the candles in the room with the lighter. I would also recommend watching my youtube video of the full game walkthrough to see if you missed any secrets & see the other puzzles! Have a great day.
