I am a old player of this game, I just lost my all of progress because I delete the game after complete the previous version. I think developer shoot at a specific option to skip the new version content directly. because if any old player just like me delete the games they lost all of their progress.

I understand your point - but in a game where you can make several crucial decisions it´s a bit hard to provide a savegame that fit´s for all. I don´t understand why you deleted it on the first place but maybe i´m in a luxurious position when it comes to storage space. If that´s the Case and you need to free storage: at least keep the savefolder! Just a Suggestion ;)
I complete the previous update long ago so I think developer never update the game again so I delete it. I play the game in Android And in Android there is no option to save progress separately. so when I delete the game I lost all of the progress. and I basically say that developer shoot give a specific option to skip all of the previous update contact to new content for old players just like old chapters to new chapter
