I'm actually considering and preparing some significant changes. I want the elements on the screen to move around and not be so static (adding more animations). Also, I plan to tweak the UI to make it more welcoming. This is needed if I want to port the game to mobile as well, as this is kind of important.
And it's entirely possible that I'll integrate your suggestion for sorting the dice rolls. :)
