wow this game is oozing with charm!!! i really like the art a lot! the 2d sprites all look really nice and the 3d environment textures are so cool too when you're switching back and forth! im a really big fan of the look of the UI too with the mushroom theming, very nice stuff!
dude, the voice acting is so fun and adds so much character to the game! hearing the shopkeep comment whenever you try to interact with something in the shop brings me life and then hearing what i assume is the main character react or make a sassy comment always leaves a smile on my face, super fun and campy i love it! and the music too really adds to this psychadelic vibe thats going on in this world, its so nice! the sfx also gives really good feedback for whatever you're doing, very nice!
the game is really fun too! the act of always trying to be on the move to not only avoid the enemies that you're currently facing but also dodge the enemies that are in the other dimension, very cool stuff! and the desperate chase to switch dimensions by seeking out and eating the baby mushroom adds a really nice tension to fights, especially the big one (or ones? i got owned and died by that big mushroom because i got careless xd).
overall, this was a really cool game and world that you made, i enjoyed it a lot! great stuff!
