if you are on version 0.7 you must get the manual in the bunker it will show you the materials needed to craft Omega Kurfus. a new ingredient is the radioactive capsule which is located in a brown patch of dirt directly west from Satellite Q you must use a shovel to dig it up but be careful you can die if you are too close to it so either buy a radiation suit or get it last as it will kill you slower if it's in your inventory.
you will have to buy at least 2 normal Kerfus to get the required number of parts.
in order to get into the bunker you need a hook to grab the keycard from the small window at the back of the bunker and a password changer to open the second door the book is in the far back right corner behind some creates.
