Ok this game is peak: simple to learn but hard to master gameplay, top tier music and good looking pixel art style, well done.

Lastly I would suggets to keep the player slowing down for a moment if they've just shot the charged attack AND they're still holding the charging button, since sometimes I got used to the slow speed and after releasing the charge button I got launched right in front of the enemy.

the character speed is actually determined by the charge percentage, but i guess making it so you don't speed up if you're still holding Z would make it more intuitive(even if it could be harder to program(like, one extra variable, so difficult))

me and my friends wanna remake this game and give it a proper release, so i'll certainly add that to the final game or a post jam update as an option


also, the soundtrack sucks compared to what i can actually do if i try lol
