Unfortunately not only is swf a security risk but my animations would not convert to swf AFAIK. If they do or you know of some kind of converter for HTML5 to SWF, I'll gladly try it. But HTML5 files and SWF files use different code and compiling methods, so I don't think it would work.

Maybe in the future, someone will invent some kind of HTML5 desktop player. Maybe it exists! I'll have to do some research on that.
