I definitely think the issue is on my end, I've had most people say the same thing on all my games :') I think the proper instructions are hidden somewhere among the description, game page and in-game tutorial. You're probably right on the cooldown as well, I wanted to prevent constant orca-rehijacking (it's a word now), but maybe I should've just made the orca faster.
